Box Destacker
The BXDS is constructed from high quality stainless steel throughout the unit. This allows the box destacker to handle the most demanding hatchery processing needs. It has a completely pneumatic hold and lift system to simplify the box destacking operation. Includes less moving parts and fewer electrical motors than any other destacker in the industry. The box destacker is supplied with a powered infeed conveyor for stacks of nested chick boxes. The box destacker can integrate to existing or new box handling systems in most applications.
Box Restacker
The BXRS is constructed from #304 stainless steel throughout the unit. The box restacker is designed with a pneumatic rotate, hold and lift system to simplify the box restacking operation. With less moving parts and fewer electrical motors, the BXRS is more durable and easier to maintain throughout the life of the restacker. The versatile design allows it to be installed in existing environments and conveyor systems. The standard three stack outfeed conveyor can feed single box dolly or multi-stack delivery dollies.
Box Washer
Constructed of stainless steel components throughout. Hatchery Planning offers custom design and a variety of sizes and capacities to meet any hatchery application. The wash system is the most complete in the industry, producing a clean tray every time. The box washers are manufactured with replacement parts available at local supply warehouses for ease of maintenance. Hinged access lids with locking clamps prevent heat loss. Fully welded tanks and cabinets eliminate steam and water leaks providing a tighter unit for containing heat and hot water. Disinfect cabinet, variable speed drive units, large copper loop heat exchanger to provide sufficient BTU to maintain 150F tank water temperature are standard.
Buggy Washer
The BW Series is built with a 12 gauge stainless steel body and stainless steel components throughout the unit. The spray system is the most complete in the industry producing a clean buggy every time. The systems are manufactured with replacement parts available from a local supply warehouse. The washers can be custom designed to meet any special need. Reversible drive and control system allow multiple passes through spray bars and varying wash cycles. Unit comes standard with stainless steel pit for in ground mounting. Single high-pressure pump providing more flow and pressure with less electrical consumption.
Candling Table
The Hatchery Planning Egg Candler is designed to provide thorough and accurate information to the hatchery manager. The candler table is fitted with an incorporated waste hopper that can be connected to the facility waste system for a quick one step removal of hatchery waste during the candling process. The Candler utilizes a computer generated lens that provide directional lighting with minimum electrical consumption and zero heat dissipation.
Chick Counter
HPC offers a four-lane chick counter with inline box feed to configure and match any hatchery layout and capacity able to count over 70,000 chicks an hour. The counter controller is operated with a user-friendly touch screen interface. The controller is also designed with automatic calibration for varying chick size. With the shortest drop in the industry, the Hatchery Planning Chick Counter creates an animal friendly process. The chick counter easily integrates with the Hatchnet Software interface.
Chick Separator
Constructed of #304 stainless steel throughout creating a rugged and reliable design. Custom built, with several different arrangements allow Hatchery Planning Chick Separators to fit into any hatchery. Available in manual loading, semi-automatic with full tray infeed, and fully automatic with conventional or robotic tray destacker and full tray infeed. Single tray reverse tipper provides lower drop point for chicks compared to other machines. Precise grid mounting and drive shaft connection make the separating table smoothest for shell removal.
Conveyors
The IFC, TFC, and STFC series of conveyors are constructed of the highest quality materials available. The frame is constructed from 12 gauge stainless steel and utilizes stainless steel components throughout the unit. Each conveyor system is custom designed to fit any hatchery layouts, speeds, and requirements. The systems are manufactured with replacement parts available at local supply warehouses. Designs for egg flats, hatcher dollies, setter racks, and chick boxes are readily available.
Dolly Washer
The DW series are constructed from 12 gauge stainless steel body and stainless steel components throughout. The systems are available in a variety of sizes and capacities to meet all hatchery applications. The spray system is the most complete in the industry producing a clean dolly every time. The system can also be custom designed to meet any need. A prewash tank and filter system are used to capture the majority of debris prior to main cabinet.
Egg Transfer
The HPTM series of egg transfer machines are engineered with total pneumatic operation for precise control and function. The machine is designed with automatic head operation for the connection of additional automation pieces, such as egg candling units. The gentle operation of the transfer reduces cracks and increases hatchability. The HPTM increases productivity and lowers worker fatigue.
Hatcher Tray Destacker
The HPTD series of tray destackers are constructed of the highest quality materials available, including stainless steel components throughout. The tray destacker uses a precise electrical drive unit and linear bearings for transfer to a fully automatic chick/ shell separator. This innovative concept requires less moving parts than any other destacker, making it more reliable and easier to service. Hatcher Tray Restacker
The tray restacker uses gravity, linear bearings, and pneumatic cylinders to flip, position, and stack clean plastic hatcher trays leaving your tray washer. With this simple design, the Hatchery Planning tray restacker has fewer electrical motors than any other in the industry, making it more durable and easier to service. With the HPTR you can manually place the empty dolly or automatically place the empty dolly through a Hatchery Planning dolly washer and dolly conveyor system. Units built for any hatcher tray on the market.
Process Table
The ST/VT series of sexing and vaccinating tables are constructed from the highest quality stainless steel components available. Hatchery Planning process tables are designed to handle the most demanding hatchery floor plan with round carousel or inline systems. The process tables are supplied with chick chutes that can feed directly into boxes or chick conveyors for transport to additional process tables or a chick counter/boxing system. Hatchery Planning also offers a computerized counting system with user friendly controls that can be connected with HatchNet software to monitor and record individual flock performance and/or individual worker performance. The only inline table with zero drops once bird is placed on work conveyor.

Disinfect cabinets or in line dip tanks are available. Large copper loop heat exchanger to provide sufficient BTU to maintain 150F tank water temperature.
