Rooftop Units
Hatchery Planning is the industry leader in hatchery ventilation. With over 60 years of HVAC experience in the poultry industry, HAPCO understands the role proper ventilation equipment plays in hatching chicks better than anyone. HPC provides the highest quality rooftop HVAC units with the Aaon RN line. These are available in many configurations including gas heat, electric heat, hot water or steam heat. The standard hinged doors, double walled cabinet, stainless drain steel pans and coil casings prove the RN line is the unit of choice in the hatchery industry. The Aaon RN units come with a five-year compressor warranty and a 15-year non-prorated heat exchanger warranty. The cabinets have a higher R-value compared to competitors. Optional features include modulating gas heat, dehumidification, modulating damper arrangements, stainless steel heat exchanger, polymer coated evaporator or condenser coil, and a factory mounted disconnect.
High Pressure Humidity Systems
Microcool High Pressure Humidity System delivers humidity at 1000 PSI allowing for greater atomization and reducing the effects of cooling and wetting. This system offers centralized high pressure and is compatible to be used in existing buildings as well as new applications. Hatchery Planning offers a complete custom designed high pressure humidity system for each unique hatchery. An inline reverse osmosis filtration system is readily available for any capacity system. Patented ROC (rotating on collar) nozzle allows simple pattern adjustments at each nozzle. The atomized humidity is delivered at 1000 PSI. Synthetic pressure feed lines and stainless steel atomization lines provide a rust free and flexible humidity system.
Evaporative Coolers
Evaporative cooling units are available in many different models and sizes. They offer cooled conditioned air that can be both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. These units incorporate a blower section and separate pad section for ease of installation and service. They will provide many years of long life in the hatchery environment. With dual inlets, straight air flow, and cellulose pad media you are assured maximum efficiency. These units will deliver from 7000 to 18500CFM to meet any commercial application.
Plenum Fans
Plenum exhaust fans play a vital role in the hatch cycle. Maintaining the proper negative pressure in a plenum can significantly increase a hatcheries production. HAPCO understands these needs and that is why we offer the industry standard in variable speed applications. These fans provide long life with high quality plastic frames, anti-vibration and sound absorbing design, cast aluminum and non-corrosive fasteners. The fans can be used in the horizontal or vertical configuration. Sizes are available from 12" to 36".
