Construction
A reliable system constructed with aluminium extrusion and zinc plated high quality conveyor chain. Laser cut connection plates are used for consistant, simple assembly.
Design
Single drive unit on conveyors up to 400' long for minimum transitions. VFD control for drive with operating speeds between 6-21 fpm. Specially molded side guides are used to protect eggs from conveyor damage.
Reliability
A special shaft brush is used to provide the smoothest transition possible to egg packing equipment. Available with support legs or hung from building roof for quick cleaning.
